I am no expert, but my naked eye test says that is a bird as it looks like flapping wings, but shortly after that “bird” reaches the smoke column, a much larger explosion immediately follows.
This is a sad tragedy for the people of Beirut.
Based on news reports, some say it was an explosion at a firecracker factory; while other claim foul play.
Hopefully the latter theory applies, because the last thing the world needs at the moment is another conflict in that region.
